1. Booking & Payment

A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your slot.
No booking will be held without advance payment.
The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the day of the shoot.
In case of editing services, full payment must be cleared before final delivery.

Studio working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM(Mon-Fri)
Shoots scheduled before or after working hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Any time exceeding your booked package will be charged per 30 minutes, as per your selected package rate.
Overtime will be calculated strictly and transparently.

Raw footage and edited files will be stored as per your selected package backup duration (15/30/45 days).
After this period, the studio holds no responsibility for data storage or recovery.
Clients are advised to download and secure their files immediately upon delivery.
In case of non-payment, the studio reserves the right to withhold content delivery until dues are cleared.

Editing includes a maximum of 2 revision iterations.
Additional changes may be charged separately.
Delivery timeline: 5–7 working days (Mon–Fri).
Only royalty-free music will be used.
Editing discussions are conducted via online meetings only (no client visits for editing discussions).

To maintain a calm and respectful environment:

Shoes must be removed before entering the studio area.
Only 2–3 accompanying persons are allowed unless they are part of the shoot.
Unnecessary crowding inside the studio is not permitted.
Food from outside is not allowed inside the recording area (except agreed hospitality).
Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests.

This helps us maintain hygiene, equipment safety, and recording quality.

Any damage to studio property, equipment, furniture, or fixtures caused by the client or their guests will be charged as per actual repair/replacement cost.
Misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited.

The studio operates on standard electricity supply.
Currently, we do not have a dedicated power backup system.
In case of power outage or external electricity failure beyond our control, recording may be temporarily interrupted.

In such cases:

Power cuts due to government supply issues or external infrastructure are considered unforeseen circumstances.
No monetary refunds will be issued for interruptions caused by external power failure.
We always aim to handle such situations fairly and professionally.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your slot may incur a fee and is subject to availability.
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation from the client’s end.
One reschedule request may be considered depending on slot availability.

Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.
Any form of misconduct, abusive behavior, or damage to property may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.

Use of our studio name or logo in promotional material must be approved in writing.
We reserve the right to use behind-the-scenes content for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.

We primarily prefer studio-based shoots for quality control and comfort.
Outdoor shoots are accepted only after pricing and terms are agreed upon.
Outdoor shoot prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Travel time is included; however, pick-up and drop must be arranged by the client.
For outstation shoots, food and basic refreshments must be arranged by the client for the team.
Extra time will be charged per 30 minutes as per the agreed outdoor bundle rate.
